민간보험 처리를 원하는 경우 병원과 약국에서 아래의 서류를 발급 받아 보험회사 카카오톡으로 제출(카카오톡 아이디: CLAIMS)

1. 진료비 영수증

2. (질병분류기호가 있는)환자보관용 처방전 혹은 진단서

3. 약제비 영수증

4. 통장사본

5. 외국인등록증 사본 앞, 뒷면

6. 여권 사진면 사본

7. 보험 신청서(첨부파일)

※ 정신과는 처방전이나 진단서를 잘 안해줘서 보험을 청구하기 어려움.

Claim the insurance

If you want to claim the insurance in insurance company, following documents are needed.

So if you go to hospital ask the receptionist of hospital that you need those documents and submit following documents to the insurance company's Kakao Talk. (ID: INSCLAIM)

1. Receipt for medical expenses

2. A prescription (with a disease classification code)

3. Receipt of medicine

4. Copy of bankbook

5. Front and back of copies of alien registration card

6. Copy of passport photo

7. Application for insurance (attached file)

When you go to hospital ask 1,2,3 to the hospital & pharmacy.
