D-4 체류기간 연장 준비물

재학증명서, 출석증명서, 등록금납입증명서는 글로벌교육원 사무실에서 발급

기숙사에 거주할 경우, 체류지 입증서류 글로벌교육원에서 발급 (기숙사 거주 확인증)

※ 기숙사 외부에 거주중일 경우 ※ 

-본인 명의일 경우에는 임대차 계약서 원본, 사본

-타인 명의일 경우에는 임대차 계약서 사본, 숙소제공 확인서, 숙소제공자 신분증 앞뒤 사본이 필요.

-고시원일 경우에는 입실확인서, 입실료 영수증, 사업자등록증 사본 혹은 명함등 정확한 주소확인 가능서류가 필요.

-게스트하우스일 경우에는 입실계약서, 입실료 납부 영수증, 명함 등 정확한 주소 확인 가능서류가 필요.

※ If you live outside the dormitory ※

-If you are owner of the house, you have to prepare the original or copy of the lease agreement

-If you are tenant's in the house, a copy of the lease agreement, confirmation of accommodation provision, and a copy of the front and back of the accommodation provider's ID is required.

-If you live 고시원,  you need documents that can confirm the correct address, such as a confirmation of rent, a receipt for the rent fee, a copy of your business registration card, or a business card.

-If you live in the guest house, you need a rent contraction, a receipt for payment of the room fee, and a business card of the owner, confirmation documents that shows correct address.

Office will issue Certificate of Enrollment / Attendance / Tuition Payment.

Also, if you live in dormitory office can issue confirmation of residence​
