<2025 겨울학기 체류연장 단체 접수>

1. 일시: 2026.1.15.(목) 10:00~16:00

2. 장소: 국제관 1층 111호(오전)/113호(오후)

3. 필요 서류

  1) 통합신청서, 위임장

      2) 여권 사본

      3) 외국인등록증 앞면+뒷면 사본

      4)등록금영수증 – 글로벌교육원 사무실 배부 예정(1/14) 

      *재학증명서&출석증명서 - 1층 로비 정수기 옆 증명발급기를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

      5) 집 계약서(기숙사 거주 확인서)

      6) 수수료 70,000원

※ 비자 연장 접수 후 출국 금지!!! 연장 허가 받기 전 출국하는 경우 연장 신청이 취소됩니다.​ 

※ Students who wish to apply for the group extension of stay for the 2025 Winter semester are kindly requested to visit Room 113 on Jan 15th.

※​ Students are not allowed to leave the country before their visa extension process is completed. If they leave, their extension application will be canceled.

*단체접수를 신청할 학생들은 등록금을 일찍 내시기 바랍니다.

*방학 중 고향에 다녀올 학생들은 등록금을 일찍 내시고, 출입국사무소에 직접 접수하시기 바랍니다. 등록금을 내면 사무실로 와주세요.

*Students who want to apply for group application should pay tuition early.

*Students who will come back to their hometowns during the vacation should pay their tuition early and register directly at the immigration office. Please come to the office if you pay the tuition.​
